An online catalogue with a fast checkout, wired to the CRM and a sales agent

A live catalogue
Stock and price leave the ERP and reach the store with nobody typing.
A short checkout
A product catalogue updated in real time, with a checkout the seller can finish fast.
ERP integrated
Stock control and catalogue, 100% linked.

Overview
Life sold well over the counter and badly online: a stale catalogue, stock kept by hand and no automation anywhere. We rebuilt the store's digital side around three things — support that answers on its own, stock finally in order, and a catalogue tied to the stock system in real time.

The challenge
The counter sold every day; the digital side barely at all. The online catalogue was a stale copy of real stock — products out of date, and nothing keeping them in check.

How we solved it
01/ 03
Catalogue audit
We mapped SKU by SKU what was actually in the stockroom, what was published and what carried the wrong price. The list of mismatches became the first week of scope.
Store rebuilt
An e-commerce assembled around efficiency: a catalogue that is always current, an immersive design, fast navigation and a single-screen checkout.
ERP built
A management system added and wired into the store, so stock and catalogue finally answer to each other.
